Kobus/Sheve Manufactured Home Park and
Campground
on Beautiful White Potato Lake in Oconto
County, WI
Located on the South Shore of White Potato Lake,
the Kobus/Sheve Manufactured Home Park and Campground has been
in operation since 1961 on land owned by their family since 1901.
Ideally located in northeast Wisconsin, this area offers a multitude
of recreational activities surrounded by the peaceful beauty
of Wisconsin's northwoods.
All of the homes in our park are well maintained
as are the yards. Some lots are right on the lake while others
are across the street, but all residents have access to White
Potato Lake. We currently have several vacant lots across the
street from the lake in our Manufactured Home Park for homes
700 sq. ft. and larger, for seasonal or residential use. Call

current residents have their homes up for sale. Stop by and check

In addition to these fees, you will be assessed
personal property tax from Oconto County. Assessment covers your
home as well as add-ons such as decks, patio block and sheds.

Area Activities
All residents of the Kobus/Sheve Manufactured
Home Park and Campground have lake access and it is a popular
spot for water sports and fishing.
There are 5 Public Boat Landings on White
Potato Lake for the boating and fishing enthusiast. In additon,
ice fishing is popular on White Potato Lake with several fish-o-ramas
being held each winter.
Other offerings in the area include a super
club, a tavern with an outside water front bar, and a burger
& ice cream place very close to our park. In addition, we
are close to the Nicolet National Forest and the Peshtigo River
State Forest surrounding High Falls and Caldron Falls Flowages.
There are plenty of recreational opportunities in this area for
the outdoor enthusiast including horseback riding, cross country
ski trails, snowmobile and ATV trails, hiking and biking tours.
