Dave's Falls-15 miles-just south of Amberg on the Pike River.
Dave's Falls, with a wooden bridge crossing the Falls, is part
of the Marinette County Park System which includes sixteen developed
parks and waysides. Dave's falls is one of over a dozen
waterfalls in the Marinette County Waterfall Tour!

County Forests-Marinette County has 227,594 acres of county forest
land, most of which is open to public hunting, fishing, hiking,

Marinette County Logging Museum-25 miles-On U.S. 41 on Stephenson Island, just
off the Wisconsin-Michigan Interstate Bridge. See the logging
era of the 1800's and 1900's. Picnicking areas available on the
Island.
Peshtigo Fire Museum-30 miles-One block north of Highway 41 on Oconto
Avenue. Turn at Ellis St. The Museum is housed in the first church
constructed after the Peshtigo Fire. The fire, which occurred
in 1871, destroyed the entire city.
Piers Gorge-35
miles-Piers Gorge is a very beautiful scenic whitewater rapid
area along the Menominee River. Rafting trips are available.
