Welcome to Acorn Acres Sporting
Clays !
|
Located just minutes north of Crivitz,
WI, Acorn Acres Sporting Clays offers an opportunity for target
practice in a unique, natural setting.
Acorn Acres Sporting Clays uses
clay targets and simulates shooting at wild game in natural surroundings. |
 |
|
Our Course consists
of 13 shooting stations plus the Duck Flurry, laid out on 40
acres of varied terrain. Choose the full course or a shorter
one if you wish. You can walk the course at your own pace and
no reservations are necessary. |
 |
Each station
is well marked and equipped with automatic clay throwers so there
is no waiting for a trapper. In addition, there is a gun rack
and writing stand for your score card. |
 |
 |
You will need a
shotgun capable of delivering 2 shots as some fields throw a
"true pair" (both clays are thrown at once). Either
12 and 20 gauge are adequate for this sport. |
 |
|
Gun rentals and
ammunition are available on site, and we also offer ear and eye
protection. Food and liquid refreshments are available in our
rustic log clubhouse.
Visit us on your
own or bring a group. Join a league or plan your next special
event here at Acorn Acres Shooting Clays. This is an ideal setting
for a bachelor party or other special gathering.
Warm up around
a campfire on cool days. Picnic
tables and grills are also available for your use on the grounds. |
Come join us and
relax and enjoy yourself in the beautiful woods of northeastern
Wisconsin. Acorn Acres Shooting Clays is open year round and
the trails are accessable at all times.
